Leadership <br/> Inclusion Coaching
Leadership inclusion coaching enables individuals to examine their most deep-seated beliefs about inequality.
Coaching sessions may consist of one-on-one sessions, observations, prepping the participant for meetings, observing communications, and more. Coaching requires bravery, honesty, and a genuine desire to practise inclusion. Through a series of one-on-one sessions, coaches partner with executives and other professionals to help them go deep within themselves, reflect on unconscious biases, make conscious choices to become more inclusive, and take courageous actions to create cultures where employees can be themselves and feel valued for that.
Inclusion Coaching enables leaders to become aware of their beliefs, biases and behaviours that enable inequality to take hold at work. Through one-on-one coaching sessions leaders discover how to make conscious decisions and take action to become more inclusive, and make their organisations more equitable.
According to the International Coach Federation, organisations with high-impact coaching programs are more likely to see greater staff engagement and retention, as well as increased revenue.
During the six-month program duration (six hours total), the executive inclusion coach will work with individual leaders to develop a clear set of goals to move the client along their inclusive leadership journey. Each session will be designed to fully support the participant in whatever goals they have identified from the assessment, report, and feedback session, which they believe will move their leadership to the next level.
