(it’s not impossible)

Date and Time:

12th October 2022 16:30-18:00 (UTC+00:00)

Location:

Zoom

Are you tired of implementing one Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative after another without knowing if these efforts are having any real impact? DEI aren’t merely HR buzzwords. They are outcomes of a culture that values difference. Companies need DEI to build and maintain an engaging, thriving, and innovative workforce.

Many studies and research consistently highlight the business benefits of embracing DEI, including greater innovation, creativity, productivity, performance, employee engagement and retention.

This webinar will discuss why and how you can measure your DEI efforts. As the saying goes, “What gets measured gets done.”

DEI strategies need to go beyond cultural surveys or demographic scorecards. This webinar will outline how to take an integrated approach to measure DEI and get the most out of your collected data.

Why Focusing On A Culture of Inclusion Is Critical In A Recession

Date and Time:

9th November 2022 16:30-18:00 (UTC+00:00)

Your work environment will inevitably be a continuous source of change; it’s not what’s happening that matters most.

It’s how we think about these changes and what actions we take to manage what is happening that matters most.

Companies that fail during a recession typically do so at accelerated rates. Conversely, most of those who survive do not meet their pre-recession growth rates for at least several years.

Yet, a handful of companies emerge and outstrip their peers by exceeding their pre-recession performance.

Research shows that the S&P 500 suffered a 35.5% decline in stock performance from 2007 to 2009, and companies whose marginalized employee groups had very positive experiences (felt included) posted a remarkable 14.4% gain.

Companies that survive a recession have one thing in common…they focus on culture.

They focus on what employees can do to work more effectively together to increase performance, productivity and profits.

This webinar will share the four actions culture-focused leaders take to build and maintain a focus on inclusion during a downturn.
