    Role Purpose 

    The Inclusion Programme Manager will play a leading role in continuing to create powerful development interventions and transformative programmes. This will include developing bespoke strategies and proposals for clients; devising and supporting workshops for global corporate professionals using a variety of methods and techniques; providing credible guidance and oversight during the implementation of programmes and activities; ensuring the programmes are underpinned by a robust evidence base. This is a full time, home-based role but will occasionally require attending in-person team meetings and events in London.

    Role objectives 

    • Collaborate with the Managing Director to drive the ongoing ideation, development, roll out and implementation of workshops and development programmes, leading planning sessions and consulting with clients where necessary.
    • Remain abreast of relevant research to ensure programmes stay current, sharing information with the team and more widely where appropriate.
    • Work with the Managing Director and wider team to develop and draft resources and proposals for clients and partners. 
    • Convey programme impact through reports and briefings.

    • Remains enthusiastic, committed and focused on solutions to advancing inclusion as a business imperative .
    • Demonstrates curiosity and creativity and seeks innovative ways of implementing programmes virtually and in person.
    • Possesses a high level of self-awareness, empathy, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
    • Undertakes work with agility, balancing multiple demands and priorities effectively.
