    Role Purpose 

    We are recruiting for a motivated, organised and personable Inclusion and Diversity Team Coordinator to assist with a variety of business management and administration tasks, whilst supporting the delivery of our services where needed. This is a full time, working from home role but will occasionally require attending in-person team meetings and events in London.  If you have previous Administration experience and are familiar working in a Professional Services environment, we are keen to hear from you.

    Your duties will include:

    • Organising and booking internal and external meetings
    • Managing the diary and travel schedule of the Managing Director and providing ad hoc support to the leadership team
    • Organising internal and external events
    • Printing/Copying/Scanning/mailing as and when required
    • Processing of expenses and invoices

     

    You will have the following skills:  

    • Previous Administration experience is essential
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Highly proficient on Microsoft Packages
    • Previous experience with Quickbooks accounting software preferable but not essential
    • Ability to work towards and meet deadlines
    • Highly organised and be able to use your own initiative when managing your workload
