    Freelance Researchers

    We are looking for freelance researchers to lead research efforts of the organisation and compile data, develop rubrics, and deliver reports to identify gaps and progress related to diversity, equity and inclusion and best practices to accelerate cultures that value difference.

    role purpose

    • Conduct research on DEI and global inclusion best practices
    • Prepare, analyse, and manage the distribution and communication of reports and assist leaders in interpreting results, assessing gaps and opportunities and identifying strategies to influence progress over time
    • Collaborate and support with content creation and workshop development

    Profile

    • University Degree (Master’s or higher) in relevant field with demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods
    • Strong understanding of metrics, indicators, and monitoring & evaluation frameworks
    • Mastery of data visualization for a variety of audiences in order to dynamically present data
    • Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as tools for analysis
    • Experience with the processes of data collection/methods (survey design and administration, focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, case studies, etc.)
    • Knowledge to manipulate large data sets and perform data analysis using both quantitative and qualitative software such as R, Stata, SPSS, Nvivo, ATLAS, Dedoose, Microsoft Excel, etc.
    • Demonstrates curiosity and is open to learning
    • Is collaborative and able to ideate amongst diverse individuals
