Inclusion Coaching

We enhance leadership performance and provide long-term advice through our inclusion coaching.

Inclusion coaching is about empowering you to navigate the systems where you may experience exclusion and isolation. We hold space to develop a critical awareness of your own identity – where you may hold power and oppression. We use powerful equity-centred questions to stretch you and spark a magnitude of possibilities to maximise your personal and professional potential. Our sessions relate to personal beliefs and behaviours that support greater confidence, inclusion and belonging.

According to the International Coach Federation, organisations with high-impact coaching programs are more likely to see greater staff engagement and retention, as well as increased revenue.

Leadership Inclusion Coaching

A common challenge when embedding diversity and inclusion into the way we lead is knowing where to start. Leadership inclusion coaching enables participants to examine their most deep-seated beliefs about inequality.

Coaching sessions may consist of one-on-one sessions, observations, prepping the participant for meetings, observing communications, and more. Coaching requires bravery, honesty, and a genuine desire to go deep within yourselves and embrace possibilities to practise radical inclusion. Our inclusion coaches work with leaders to develop a clear set of goals to move the client along their inclusive journey. Through a series of six one-on-one sessions, coaches partner with executives and other professionals to help them go deep within themself, reflect on unconscious biases, make conscious choices to become more inclusive, and take courageous actions to create cultures where employees can be themselves and feel valued for that.

DEI Coaching

Diversity and inclusion issues can present themselves in many ways, so knowing what to fix can seem difficult or even impossible – and the result can sometimes be practices or interventions that are disconnected or even ineffective. We provide a safe space for participants to reflect, review, and explore how they are taking action at work, what lessons they have learnt from this and what else they could be doing to make inclusion the way they work. The coaching series provides long-term value by creating transformational subject matter experts who become role models of inclusivity, live the organisational values, empower others, and realise a vision for creating an inclusive workplace of the future.

DEI Coaching for HR

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has become a top priority for HR professionals, but many often struggle with the self-awareness and commitment needed to catalyse change in their organisations. DEI coaching focuses on evidence-based strategies and practices to maximise the potential of HR professionals to effectively support and engage stakeholders to advance a culture that values difference.

Coaching sessions may consist of one-on-one sessions, observations, prepping the participant for meetings, observing communications, and more. Coaches partner with HR professionals to bring difference into the conversation and create opportunities to find their own answers as often as possible.
