They have grown, added more than 4,000 teammates, entered new and different business models, and acquired hundreds of new customers. However, their mission remains the same, to make a positive impact on their customers, communities, and the world around them. Crown Castle strives to put its people first to build a culture that values difference and reflects the vibrant, diverse communities they serve.
Crown Castle partnered with The Culture Practice to support in building a values-led workplace – that is an environment where their shared values guide how they work, connect with one another, and make decisions to drive greater inclusion and future success. TCP worked closely with the team to design a Values in Action program that provided a simple, shared language to ensure individuals know how to align their decisions and actions to the organisation’s values.
Our aim with any initiative is to ensure sustainable change, so to enable Crown Castle to scale effectively, we developed a custom Train-the-Trainer session to upskill internal facilitators to deliver the Values in Action program in its entirety. This ensured that internal resources are equipped to deliver ongoing impact.
435 learning hours were invested to understand program content, acquire foundational DEI knowledge, and learn an array of training techniques and best practices. Crown Castle now has 29 trained facilitators to confidently deliver the program across the wider organisation.
